FUNDRAISING APPLICATION

EWC Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 2.4.1 requires that all fundraising activities must be approved in writing by the Foundation Director.

Application Form and Deadlines:
Submit application a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to the preferred date of the fundraising event. Large-scale events require a pre-planning meeting with the Executive Director of the Foundation.

Signature and Reporting Commitment

By submitting this application, I certify my understanding that:

  • Written approval from the EWC Foundation Executive Director is required before proceeding with this proposed fundraising activity.
  • All advertising and marketing materials must be approved by the EWC Marketing Director.
  • A type-written report of no more than two pages on the outcomes of the fundraising activity must be submitted to the EWC Foundation within 30 days of the project.
