Educational Project Grant Report

Upon completion of the Educational Project, the grant recipient will submit a Final Report to the EWC Foundation. Receipt of this report is required before receipt of additional grants.

Conditions of the Award:
Funds may not be used for purposes substantially different from the intent expressed in the application. This report shall explain any small deviations from the proposed budget such as substitutions of vendors or changes in prices of goods or services are allowable.

Grant Reports due: preferably 30 days after project completion; must be received prior to future award
